Basecamp Co-Pack
Our goal is to help you make the jump from being the "little guy" to taking the world by storm. Basecamp Co-Pack offers small to medium scale food manufacturing, co-packing and consulting for start-ups or companies that are too big to keep producing in a commissary but too small for the large co-packing facilities. Whether you're just starting out or you're ready to expand and grow, we are the "middle guy" and we can help guide you to your goals.
Our Facility
We are a cold process raw food manufacturer of bars, bites, powdered drink mixes, baking mixes, spices, oatmeal, teas, and dry blends of all kinds. We are a gluten free facility, GMP (PCQI on staff), and Certified Organic by OTCO.
Bars and Bites
Extrusion line and slab line
We offer both extrusion and slab options with our Vemag 500 extruder and our Egan Slab Duo. We have an Ilapak horizontal flow wrapper and a Barrington horizontal flow wrapper, giving us the ability to wrap various types and sizes of products.
Powdered Mixes and Blends
Pouch fills, stick packs, jars, canisters, tubs, tubes
We can fill all shapes and sizes, from pouches and stick packs to just about any type of jar, canister, tub or tube, with the ability to add tamper evident seals, shrink bands, desiccants or scoops.
Blending and Mixing
We can chop, mix or blend on site
Whether it's batch blending or bulk blending, we have the ability to customize the process for projects both large and small.
