Product and Process Development
Do you have an idea for a product but still need to develop it? We can help with recipes and formulation to get your product looking and tasting just the way you want. We will also help develop a process for making your product that is fast, accurate and repeatable. If you decide to change facilities for any reason, you will own your formulation and process and will be able to take it with you. Once we have developed a recipe and a game plan for your product, we can move to the R&D (research and development) stage and perfect the formulation and production process of your product.
R&D
If you already have a recipe and a pretty good idea of how to make your product, we can help you with the research and development in our FDA and CDPHE inspected and approved facility. We can help with all types of R&D including recipe design, formulation, process, packaging and anything else you might want to test. A member of our team will be with you every step of the way to assist you, answer questions, and make suggestions and recommendations. If we don't have the answer, we'll find it for you.
Co-Packing and Manufacturing
As your co-packer, we can source and purchase your ingredients, produce and package your product and prepare it for delivery to you. Ingredient and finished product storage is available. We offer consulting services pertaining to packaging and labeling, legal and regulatory issues, sales, marketing, design, business plans, food safety plans and recall plans. We have a PCQI certified member of our staff so you can be sure all required safety measures are met.
